Rcopia: Allergies Management

You can find the Allergies widget on a patient's summary page. You can view active, inactive, or both allergies for the patient by clicking Filters located at the top-left corner of the widget.

Here on this widget is where you can also perform the following:

Add an Allergy

1. Click the plus icon mceclip0.png within the Allergies widget.

2. Enter the following information:

  • (A) Allergen
  • (B) Reaction(s)
  • (C) Severity
  • (D) Onset Date

3. Save.

Modify Allergy Details

1. From the Allergies widget, click the allergen you wish to modify.

2. Click Modify.

Mark Allergy As Inactive

1. From the Allergies widget, click the allergen you wish to mark as inactive.

2. Click Make Inactive.

Delete Allergy

1. From the Allergies widget, click the allergen you wish to delete.
