You can find a patient's pharmacy information on their summary page within the Patient widget.

The Pharmacy drop-down menu holds information for up to five pharmacies for the patient. Here you can search for new pharmacies and remove pharmacies that are no longer needed. You can also obtain pharmacy information such as NCPDP, address, phone, and fax.
Add Pharmacy
Step 1: Click the Pharmacy drop-down menu, then select Browse Pharmacy.

Step 2: Determine the type of pharmacy you search for by checking the appropriate boxes to the left.
- These fields will determine the outcome of your pharmacy search results.

Step 3: Enter the pharmacy Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, and Fax.
- You do not have to fill out all of the above information, just enough to find the pharmacy you are looking for.

Step 4: Click the icon to conduct your search.
Step 5: Click the pharmacy you wish to add. Doing so will redirect you to the patient's summary page. You have successfully added a pharmacy!

Remove Pharmacy
Start on the desired patient's summary page, then follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Click the Pharmacy drop-down menu within the Patient widget, and select the pharmacy you wish to remove from the patient's profile.

Step 2: Click the icon to remove the selected pharmacy.

Step 3: Click Confirm Delete in the window that appears.

View Pharmacy Details
Start on the desired patient's summary page, then follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Click the Pharmacy drop-down menu within the Patient widget, and select the pharmacy you wish to view details for.

Step 2: Click the icon to view the details of the pharmacy selected from the previous step.

Search Pharmacy
Start on the desired patient's summary page, then follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Click the Search icon (magnifying glass) within the Patient widget.

Step 2: On the next screen, only search the pharmacy's Zip Code and State.
(A) Ensure All Lists is selected.
(B) If the pharmacy is mail order, ensure you select Mail Order. If the pharmacy is not a typical retail store (ex. pharmacies in resorts, hospitals, or airports), select In-House Dispensing.
- Practice List shows only pharmacies located within the first 3 digits of the practice's zip code.
- Favorites List shows only pharmacies that have been favorited.
(C) If you would like to narrow your search even further, enter the first few letters of the pharmacy name (ex. Wal, CVS, Rite) into the Name field.
