Admins may reset passwords or signature password for users within their practice by navigating to the Utilities menu on Rcopia.
Step 1: Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) → Utilities.

Step 2: Click Members Area.

Step 3: Click the Account Management tab.

Step 4: Select the desired practice.

Step 5: Click User Summary. You will be redirected to a page where you will see a list of all users within the practice (selected in step 4).

Step 6a: Password - From the list, check the box in the left-most column for the user whose password you wish to reset. Then, click Reset Password.

Step 6a: Signature Password - check the box in the left-most column for the user whose signature password you would like to reset, then click Reset Signature Password.
