Manage Inactive Medications

Any medications that have been prescribed or added within Rcopia, and stopped for whatever reason, can be accessed within the Medications widget of the patient's summary page. On this widget, you can:

View All Inactive Medications

Start on the desired patient's summary page and navigate to the Medications widget. 

Step 1: From the Medications widget, click the Show Inactive Medications button.

Step 2: You will see a list of all the inactive medications for the patient appear right below.

Renew Medications

Step 1: From the list of inactive medications, click the renew icon next to the prescription you wish to renew.

Step 2: The medication will appear in the Prescription Management widget.

Prescribe Medications

Step 1: From the list of inactive medications, click the prescribe icon next to the prescription you wish to prescribe.

Step 2: You will be redirected to the Prescribe Medication widget where you will have to manually enter the prescription details

Restart Medications

Step 1: From the list of inactive medications, click the restart icon next to the prescription you wish to restart.

Step 2: The restarted medication will appear as an active medication in the Medications widget.

Delete Medications

Step 1: From the list of inactive medications, click the delete icon next to the prescription you wish to delete.

Step 2: Click Confirm Delete in the window that appears.
