Rcopia: Diagnoses/Problems Management

You can enter diagnoses/problems for any patient within the Rcopia 4 system.

This can be beneficial for several reasons, including drug-diagnoses interaction checking and the
ability to easily add a diagnosis to a prescription. The Diagnoses/Problems widget can be
found on the Patient Summary page.

From this widget, you can perform the following:

Add Diagnosis

Start on the patient summary page, then navigate to the Diagnosis/Problems widget.

Step 1: Click the Add Diagnosis button. A search bar will appear right below.

Step 2: Start typing out the name of the diagnosis/problem, and the search results will automatically appear in a drop-down menu below. Next, click the diagnosis you wish to add.

Step 3: Click again the name of the diagnosis/problem that appears under Description.

Step 4: In the Add Diagnosis window that appears, enter the Onset Date by specifying the yearmonth, and day the patient was diagnosed. Click OK when finished.

Mark Diagnosis Inactive

Start on the patient summary page, then navigate to the Diagnosis/Problems widget.

Step 1: Click the Make Inactive button to the right of the diagnoses/problem you wish to mark as inactive.

Resolve Diagnosis

Start on the patient summary page, then navigate to the Diagnosis/Problems widget.

Step 1: Click the Resolve button to the right of the diagnoses/problem you wish to mark as resolved.

Delete Diagnosis

Start on the patient summary page, then navigate to the Diagnosis/Problems widget.

Step 1: Click the Delete button to the right of the diagnoses/problem you wish to delete.
