Resend Registration Links

Log in to your Enterprise account, then follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: From your dashboard, click the Users tab on the left side of the page.

Step 2: Search for the user by filtering by status. Click the Filter by status field, type "pending" and select Pending from the dropdown menu that appears.

  • Your search results will update automatically.

Step 3: Select the user to whom you wish to resend the registration link by clicking on their Last Name.

Step 4: Click the green Resend Reg Email button at the top right of the page.
