Rcopia: Medication History

You can obtain medication history for up to 1 year for patients.

Medication history can only be accessed by clinical staff and provider accounts.  You also must have at least one active provider in the practice.

Pharmacy Network vendor receives medication information from two sources (learn more by visiting Where Does Medication History Come From?):

  • Pharmacy Fill data
  • Payer Claims information.

To pull a patient’s medication history, perform the following steps:

Step 1: From the patient summary page, within the Medications widget, then click the Show Medication History button.
