To create a Backline account, you will need to register your account through an invitation email.
- Once an administrator has created your Backline account, you will receive an email with a link to register the account.
Step 1: Open the invitation email sent to your email address, and click the registration link provided within. The link will redirect you to the Backline registration screen.
- The registration link will expire in 21 days.
- If the link expires, contact your administrator to have the invitation re-sent.

Step 2: Follow these steps in chronological order, and refer to the screenshot below:
(A) Enter the Password you wish you use to log in.
(B) Re-enter the password in the Password Confirmation field.
(C) Select a Security Question from the drop-down menu, and type an Answer.
(D) Select another Security Question from the drop-down, and type an Answer.
(E) Click Register.

You have successfully created your Backline account, and you will now be able to log in.
