Rcopia: Prevent Default Option to 'Stop Medication On' Date (Admin)

In Rcopia, when the Days Supply dropdown is used, Rcopia calculates the stop date and automatically checks the box to "Stop Medication On" the date calculated by default.

This article reviews how an Administrator can remove the default for a prescription to have a stop date automatically calculated.

1. Administrator will go to Settings.

3. Under Location, select Prescription

4. Uncheck Auto-set medication stop date based on prescription days supply and Save on the bottom of the screen to remove the default.

Once un-checked in that location, the default will no longer set an automatic medication stop date; instead, the prescriber/clinical staff can select a stop date manually for a prescription, if desired.
